Maluaka is a large development on the coast of Maui, Hawaii. This development of private homes and a shared clubhouse is adjacent to a golf course. Neoscape was contracted by The Dowling Company to produce a number of 3D illustrations and 2D site plan, as well as a short film to use in the sales center and on their website.
For this project, I coordinated the production of: six 3D illustrations, 2D area map, short film.
