The Bravern is a large mixed-use development in downtown Bellevue, Washington. Neoscape was hired by Schnitzer West to help the developer market the residential portion of the of the project. The site includes two ground levels of retail, two office towers, and two 30+ story residential towers. The residential towers also enjoy a large elevated terrace that connects the two and provides additional public space.
For this project, I coordinated the production of: twenty-eight 3D illustrations, four unit animations, and a large interactive sales tool.

The Bozbuk project entailed creating three 3D illustrations for Capital Partners. These renderings needed to capture the setting in Turkey while at the same time playing off the wonderful architectural design and layout of the space.

To better market the apartment portion of their real estate development, Archstone had Neoscape develop a package of marketing materials. These materials centered around renderings that portrayed both the public spaces of this part of the project as well as the residential units. It also included designing an interactive sales tool and consulting with the client while they programmed it.

As the retail and entertainment component of Virginia Gateway, Market Square is a piece of The Peterson Companies development puzzle. To help promote this development and attract retail tenants, Neoscape was hired to produce some 3D illustrations to represent the future of the site.

With their entry into the high-end private home market, Antares brought Neoscape on to put together a few marketing assets. This new mansion was built by Antares in Greenwich, CT, and had many features that needed to be portrayed in the 3D illustrations and floor plan.

The building of a large new residential tower in New York City required a lot of marketing. SJP Residential contracted Neoscape to produce numerous marketing assets for this major project, the Platinum. The most impressive piece may well have been the tryptic short film which played in the sales center across three 65″ plasma screens. A majority of the film played in the center screen, but the viewer was enveloped numerous times as the film expanded to all three screens in selected scenes.

Maluaka is a large development on the coast of Maui, Hawaii. This development of private homes and a shared clubhouse is adjacent to a golf course. Neoscape was contracted by The Dowling Company to produce a number of 3D illustrations and 2D site plan, as well as a short film to use in the sales center and on their website.
